ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the website at debriefrecovery.com, booking a session at Debrief Recovery, or using any of our services, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Debrief Recovery LLC ("Debrief Recovery," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Debrief Recovery LLC operates a recovery studio located at 55 Boston Providence Hwy, Norwood, MA 02062. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Recovery modalities — cold plunge, sauna, float tank, red light therapy, compression therapy
• Wellness services — IV hydration therapy, peptide therapy
• Online booking — appointment scheduling via our website and integrated calendar system
• AI Chatbot — an AI-powered assistant ("Ask Debrief AI") to answer questions about our services
• SMS notifications — appointment reminders and booking confirmations sent via text message (with your consent)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

USER ACCOUNTS AND PORTAL ACCESS

If we provide a client portal or booking account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or booking a session. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking

Sessions may be booked through our website, by phone at (774) 372-9266, or by email at info@debriefrecovery.com. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from Debrief Recovery.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") may be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients' appointments. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals when possible.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our intake or booking form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Debrief Recovery LLC. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your bookings and inquiries.

• Message frequency varies based on your bookings and inquiries
• Standard message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications
• Reply HELP for assistance
• Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use our services

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Debrief Recovery offers recovery services including cold plunge immersion, sauna sessions, float tank therapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, and other modalities. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in these services involves inherent physical risks
• Extreme temperature exposure (cold plunge, sauna) can be physically demanding
• Float tank sessions involve sensory deprivation and enclosed spaces
• You are voluntarily participating in these services and assume all associated risks
• You will disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications to our staff before each session
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and posted in the facility

By using our services, you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may result from your participation.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Certain conditions may contraindicate the use of our services, including but not limited to: cardiovascular disease, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, certain skin conditions, claustrophobia, epilepsy, and active infections. It is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare provider before using our services if you have any health concerns.

Debrief Recovery is not a medical facility and our team members are not licensed healthcare providers.

AI CHATBOT

Our website features "Ask Debrief AI," an AI-powered chatbot designed to answer questions about our services. Please note:

• The chatbot provides general information only and may not always be accurate or up-to-date
• Chatbot responses do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice
• Conversations may be reviewed by our staff to improve the service
• Do not share sensitive personal or medical information in chatbot conversations

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Debrief Recovery website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Debrief Recovery LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

The "Debrief Recovery" name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Debrief Recovery LLC. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Debrief Recovery LLC, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, loss of revenue, or property damage arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any errors or inaccuracies in our website content
• Unauthorized access to or use of our systems
• Any third-party conduct or content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Debrief Recovery in the 30 days preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
